Welcome to the Crown Magnolia Court

The CMCGA is a 501c3 nonprofit founded in September 2020 by Dr. Soren Estvold and Calvin Williamson. We are a chapter of the much larger International Court System. The ICS, fostering over 70 chapters, has a long history of activism and fundraising to help causes in the LGBTQIA+ community. Our focus is on fundraising and providing resources for the local LGBTQIA+ community, as well as providing capacity for like organizations.

We work to educate and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ and Georgia’s allied community by eliminating the historical oppression and phobia of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queen, intersexed and asexual individuals in the South, especially in the greater metro Atlanta and CSRA region. The Crown Magnolia Court of Georgia is the first and only drag court in Georgia.
